Vionti Health provides a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for consultations related to weight loss treatment, including GLP-1 medications. Our services include:
- Online health assessments
- Telehealth consultations with licensed providers
- Prescription services (when medically appropriate)
- Medication delivery through partner pharmacies
- Ongoing support and follow-up care
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of a state where our services are available
- Provide accurate and complete health information
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

The assessment made available on our website does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Licensed healthcare providers retain the sole discretion to prescribe medications based on their medical judgment.
5. Compounded Medications Disclaimer
The compounded GLP-1 medications available through our platform are prepared by FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved drugs. They have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Compounded medications are prescribed by independent licensed healthcare providers based on their clinical judgment and are not guaranteed to produce the same results as FDA-approved alternatives.
Vionti Health is a technology platform that facilitates access to telehealth services. Vionti Health is not a pharmacy, medical practice, or healthcare provider. All prescribing decisions are made solely by independent licensed providers. Individual results may vary, and no specific health outcomes are guaranteed.
6. Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms
Our services are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you expressly authorize Vionti Health to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency disclosed at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly, quarterly) until you cancel.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email at support@viontihealth.com or by phone at (844) 357-3601.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to services through the remainder of that period.
- We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Use the services only for lawful purposes
- Follow all instructions provided by healthcare providers
8. Payment and Refunds
By purchasing our services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Pricing is subject to change with notice. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Vionti Health or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
10. Warranty Disclaimer
Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vionti Health disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected. No warranty is made regarding any health outcomes resulting from use of our services or any medications prescribed through our platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vionti Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vionti Health, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and healthcare providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your violation of these Terms of Service
- Your provision of false, incomplete, or misleading medical information
- Your misuse of medications prescribed through our platform
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
13. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
Small Claims Exception:Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Los Angeles County, California, provided the claim falls within the court's jurisdictional limits.
Opt-Out Right: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@viontihealth.com within thirty (30) days of your first use of our services. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
14. Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, the entirety of the arbitration agreement in Section 13 shall be void, and any disputes shall proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal courts in the Central District of California or the state courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
16. Termination
Vionti Health may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, safety concerns, or non-payment. Upon termination:
- Your access to the platform and services will cease immediately.
- No refund will be issued for the current billing period.
- Sections relating to arbitration, class action waiver, limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and warranty disclaimer shall survive termination.
17. Force Majeure
Vionti Health shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: drug or medication shortages, pharmacy supply disruptions, shipping or delivery delays, natural disasters, pandemics or public health emergencies, government actions or regulations, and technology or infrastructure failures.
18. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Vionti Health is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
19. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Notice of Privacy Practices, Medical Consent, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vionti Health regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
