As a telehealth provider, certain health information you provide to us may constitute Protected Health Information (PHI) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). The collection, use, and disclosure of PHI is governed by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices.
In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and our Notice of Privacy Practices regarding the handling of PHI, the Notice of Privacy Practices shall control.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Vionti Health unless you re-subscribe.

Data Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers
Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
